How Ginamarie's Gluten Free Began!

 

The journey began two decades ago when Ginamarie, the founder of Ginamarie's Gluten Free Inc., made the bold decision to leave her career as an operating room nurse and pursue her true passion as a pastry chef.

"It's a choice I am immensely proud of. As a chef and business owner, I have encountered numerous challenges along the way. However, everything changed in June 2012 when I received the unexpected diagnosis of Celiac Disease, shortly after welcoming my third child. It was hard to fathom that as a pastry chef, I could no longer consume flour! Nevertheless, I was determined to create delectable gluten-free treats that didn't taste like cardboard. Through extensive research and countless experiments, I developed gluten-free sweets that were truly delicious. In 2022, I was given the incredible opportunity to share my creations with those who suffer from Celiac Disease and anyone who appreciates tasty baked goods. The world deserved a superior gluten-free cookie (and pastries) made with the finest gluten-free ingredients and utmost care. Thus, Ginamarie's Gluten Free company was born, dedicated to crafting irresistible cookies & more for everyone."

Our Mission

We are a specialized bakery that focuses on creating delicious pastries and baked goods without the use of gluten-containing ingredients. Our facility is an all Gluten-Free facility, we only produce Gluten-Free goods so there is no cross contamination. We are dedicated to catering to individuals with gluten sensitivities, allergies, or those who choose to follow a gluten-free diet. The emphasis is on providing a wide range of delectable pastries, such as cookies, cakes, bread, and other treats, that are made with high-quality gluten-free ingredients. The company's mission is to ensure that individuals with dietary restrictions can still enjoy the pleasure of indulging in flavorful and satisfying pastries, without compromising on taste or quality.
